Health :
A Rover keeps himself in good shape physically; he is concerned about his health and about the health of others.
- Know and practice the principles of healthy physical education, hygiene and balanced food.
- Know the human anatomy and the basic principles of metabolism.
- Regularly follow the basic disciplines of health : bodily cleanness (douche), short-cut hair, healthy dress, not dependant on fashion.
- Self-control concerning use of alcohol and tobacco.
- Keeping own room clean and orderly. Helping to keep family home and work environment light and healthy.
- Theoretical knowledge of problems associated with sexual diseases and drug misuse.
Physical education :
A Rover strives to correct his deficiencies and to develop his physical qualities in a harmonious way.
- Develop a life style promoting health.
- Evaluate deficiencies and performance by keeping a progress record.
- Know how to swim, and do regular physical exercises. If possible, practice a sport seriously.
- Run 40 km (25 miles), with rucksack, in one day.
- Be able to jump a 3 metre high wall and be able to hold breath for 45 seconds.
